However, he became increasingly frustrated with the impersonal approach and cumbersome double handling resulting from the banks’ centralizing and outsourcing strategies. This frustration led James to embark on a more purposeful journey in the private sector.
Fast forward five years, and James remains dedicated to his original objective: assisting a diverse range of clients who don’t fit the mold of mainstream and second-tier lenders.
